Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Strong current business network and community involvement.
• Demonstrates tactical business development and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain and deepen a portfolio of 40-50 business clients and 60 prospects; provide deposit and cash management solutions and manage credit opportunities up to $15M.
• Deliver an outstanding experience with tailored business banking solutions.
• Grow portfolio by prospecting new clients and leveraging referral networks.
• Develop internal referral relationships with Private Bank, Asset Wealth Management, and Middle Market.
• Leverage knowledge of diverse businesses and markets to develop opportunities.
• Build relationships through in-person/virtual calls to understand client needs and deliver financial solutions.
• Coordinate with product specialists to onboard clients and deliver full suite of products.
• Ensure adherence to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
