JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager in Dallas to deepen client relationships for profitable business banking clients with revenue above ~$5MM. You will focus on deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~$15 million, while coordinating with branches to deliver full banking solutions.

Insightful relationship-building and risk-aware financial advice will be central as you grow primary banking relationships and referrals through a high-touch client

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related lending experience.
• Knowledge of deposits, cash management, and business credit underwriting.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across all levels.

Responsabilités

• Manage and deepen a portfolio of ~100 business clients with revenue >$5M.
• Provide tailored business banking solutions, deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~$15M.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive financial solutions with Branch, Wealth Management, and Private Bank partners.
• Conduct regular in-person/virtual calls with clients and referrals to grow primary banking relationships.
• Understand client personal financial goals and coordinate with partners to deliver personal solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end account delivery.
• Adhere to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
