Qualifications

• 1+ year in a Business Banking Relationship Management or similar lending role
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products
• Strong communicator with clients and internal partners
• Balance client needs with risk and firm priorities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities daily

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage a portfolio of 100–130 business clients with $1–$5M revenue
• Provide tailored business banking solutions, deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500K
• Deliver an outstanding client experience with education and financial guidance
• Identify opportunities by regional market and cultivate long-term relationships
• Collaborate with partners across Chase lines of business to meet client needs
