Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate clients’ issues, own problems on clients’ behalf, and follow through with commitments.
• Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 80-100 business clients with annual revenue >$5MM; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $15M.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions to Chase clients according to their financial needs.
• Leverage knowledge of business, finance, and risk management to provide proactive solutions and drive profitability.
• Conduct regular in-person/virtual calls with clients and centers of influence to cultivate long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver personal financial solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end delivery of new accounts and services.
• Adhere to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
