Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial lending relationship management, a bachelor’s degree, and strong credit analysis and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of successful commercial lending relationship management experience.
• Ability to build and grow a diverse portfolio of business products for growing entrepreneurial businesses.
• Customer-focused thinker with strong relationship skills.
• Proficient credit analysis knowledge and skills.
• Experience prioritizing and handling multiple customer relationships simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advice and value for business customers and connect them with FNBO solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of ~50 relationships with average $50M loans and deposits.
• Build centers of influence (attorneys, accountants, etc.).
• Collaborate across product lines to meet customer needs and drive growth.
• Negotiate terms and document requirements with customers.
• Ensure data quality and compliance in sales processes.
