First National Bank of Omaha is seeking a Community Banking Relationship Manager to deliver advice and value for business customers, expanding their growth and retention in line with risk strategies. The RM will bring the bank to the customer by connecting with deposit accounts, payment products, treasury services, and credit.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in commercial lending relationship management, with a proven ability to build a diverse business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of successful commercial lending relationship management
• Ability to build/grow a diverse portfolio of business products
• Unrestricted work authorization (no sponsorship needed)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 50 business relationships with approximately $50M in loans and deposits
• Develop new business opportunities and refer clients to bank product partners
• Collaborate across teams to optimize referrals and cross-sell across product lines
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and credit risk requirements
