Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Finance.
Minimum of three (3) years experience as a commercial lender.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet navigation/research, and Outlook is expected.
Frequent travel will be required using reliable personal transportation.

Responsibilities

Sell business products and services to commercial customers and prospects.
Analyze credit worthiness of commercial borrowers and make recommendations.
Develop sales proposals and coordinate commitment letters and presentations.
Promote and cross-sell other Bank services to clients.
Oversee preparation of loan closings and monitor credit risk.
Maintain portfolio delinquency levels and manage collateral/doc issues.
Interact with operations to resolve problems and participate in community activities.
Complete mandatory training including BSA and AML procedures.
