Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 9+ years of Business Banking Relationship Manager experience or related lending.
• Strong understanding of credit policy, lending products, and market risks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with Regional Manager to develop and implement customer centric relationship plans.
• Coordinates and organizes targeted campaigns and events.
• Develops new relationships through prospecting, outside calling, networking, referrals and community involvement.
• Negotiates terms and loan structures with clients.
• Manages existing relationships to increase profits and ensure excellent service.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and facilitates referrals within the organization.
• Works to achieve sales goals (loans, deposits and generation of fee incomes).
• Identifies acceptable credit opportunities and develops them to generate significant non-credit sales.
• Complies with and stays abreast of all applicable policies and procedures, federal and state laws.
