Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role.
• Knowledge of deposit and cash management products and commercial credit underwriting.
• Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 80-100 business clients with annual revenue >$5M; provide deposits, cash management and credit opportunities up to ~$15M.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions to Chase clients to meet financial needs.
• Identify and promote solutions using knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit and risk management while leveraging Chase resources.
• Conduct in-person/virtual calls with clients, referrals and centers of influence to cultivate long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver personal financial solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end delivery of accounts and services; follow up post-opening to identify additional solutions.
• Follow risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
