Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and commercial credit underwriting.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and offer tailored solutions while managing risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage 80-100 business clients with >$5MM revenue; deposits, cash mgmt, and credit up to ~$15MM.
• Deliver customized banking solutions and outstanding client experience.
• Use finance and risk knowledge to promote solutions and leverage referrals.
• Conduct in-person/virtual calls to deepen primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to meet client needs.
• Onboard clients end-to-end and ensure digital capabilities and follow-up.
• Protect the firm with sound risk control and regulatory compliance.
