Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Business Banking Consultant to lead development in underserved communities, building relationships with local organizations and nonprofits to expand access to financial solutions. You will collaborate across Chase lines to tailor banking services for small businesses, leveraging networks and client insight to deliver strong outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business banking relationship management or related commercial lending.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong relationship management, business development and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities, assess risks and propose proactive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and use networks to identify and support underserved entrepreneurs.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with community organizations, leveraging Chase resources.
• Maintain active involvement in chambers of commerce and non-profit boards; leverage diverse business knowledge.
• Provide best-in-class client advice and collaborate with Chase partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Deliver customized banking solutions addressing client needs, risk, and profitability of the portfolio.
• Develop internal and external relationships to ensure a seamless client experience.
