Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Business Banking Consultant to help underserved small businesses in our market. You will lead business development in the Underserved Community segment, focusing on economic opportunity areas, and deliver financial solutions, education, and advice to clients.

In this role you will build relationships with community organizations, work with Chase teams to provide tailored banking services, and help clients grow while managing risk.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business banking relationship management or related commercial lending.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work history.
• Strong relationship management, business development and negotiation skills.
• Ability to assess market trends and proactively offer solutions.
• Ability to identify opportunities and manage risk when traditional solutions do not apply.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with underserved entrepreneurs and leverage networks.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with community organizations and nonprofits.
