Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Business Banking Consultant to help underserved small businesses access capital and education, building trusted relationships in the community. In this role you will lead business development in the Underserved Community segment, collaborate with branches, wealth management, and nonprofit partners, and deliver customized financial solutions.

If you have 5+ years in business banking and a track record of prudent risk management, you will help customers grow while

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business banking relationship management or related lending.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong relationship management, tactical business development and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify opportunities, assess risks, and provide customized solutions.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and leverage networks to identify underserved entrepreneurs.
Cultivate long-term relationships with CDFIs, nonprofits and community organizations.
Maintain active involvement in chambers and boards to grow the network.
Provide tailored banking solutions and coordinate with Chase partners for client needs.
Deliver an excellent client experience while managing risk and profitability.
