Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business banking relationship management or related lending.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong relationship management skills; demonstrate tactical business development and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrate judgment to offer customized solutions and monitor market trends to anticipate client needs.
• Able to identify opportunities, issues, and viable alternatives while managing risk.
