Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years' experience in business banking relationship management or related credit/finance.
• Strong relationship management and tactical business development skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and present customized solutions while managing risk.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with underserved entrepreneurs and identify opportunities.
• Develop partnerships with community orgs, NPOs, and financial partners.
• Maintain and expand business networks through Chambers of Commerce and boards.
• Collaborate with Chase teams to deliver tailored banking solutions and seamless client experience.
• Identify client goals and connect them with line-of-business experts across Chase.
