Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and expand the customer base and network.
• Grow loans, deposits and fee income through solid sales plans.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager on customer-centric relationship plans.
• Coordinate targeted campaigns and events to generate opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and loan structures on complex deals while ensuring credit policy compliance.
• Maintain relationships to maximize profitability and minimize retention risk.
• Cross-sell opportunities and referrals across the bank.
