You will build relationships, lead business development within the Underserved Community segment, and provide strategic guidance to help clients grow. You will collaborate with branches, Home Lending, Chase Wealth Management, and Merchant Services to tailor comprehensive banking solutions, manage risk, and drive profitable portfolios while educating

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in business banking relationship management or related lending.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong relationship management, business development, and negotiation skills.
Ability to assess market trends and propose proactive solutions to clients.
Ability to identify opportunities/risks and manage risk with traditional solutions.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and utilize networks to identify and support underserved entrepreneurs.
Develop relationships with CDFIs, non-profits, and community organizations using Chase resources.
Maintain involvement in Chambers of Commerce and non-profit boards; leverage knowledge of businesses and markets.
Collaborate with branches, Home Lending, Chase Wealth Management, and Merchant Services to serve clients.
Deliver tailored business banking solutions and promote best-fit products.
Partner across lines to connect clients with specialists for financial needs.
