Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Business Banking Consultant to lead growth in underserved small businesses across our Texas market. You will build relationships, provide financial solutions, and educate clients while coordinating with Chase partners to deliver a seamless experience.

You will develop new business with community organizations, nonprofits, and local lenders, leveraging the firm's resources to advance economic opportunity and client success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in business banking relationship management or related lending role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong relationship management, business development and negotiation skills.
• Ability to offer customized solutions while monitoring market trends and risks.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and leverage networks to identify underserved entrepreneurs.
