Qualifications

• Strong relationship management skills; demonstrate strong tactical business development and negotiation skills.
• Seasoned judgment to offer customized solutions that meet client needs; monitor market trends and anticipate client needs.
• Identify opportunities and viable alternatives while managing risk when traditional solutions do not apply.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and use networks to identify underserved entrepreneurs.
• Cultivate relationships with Community Development Financial Institutions and nonprofits using Chase resources.
• Maintain active involvement in chambers of commerce and community boards; use knowledge of businesses and markets to develop networks.
• Provide best-in-class client advice and service; collaborate with branches, wealth management, and merchant services for full solutions.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions tailored to client needs and profitability of the portfolio.
• Develop internal and external relationships to ensure seamless client experience across Chase.
• Connect clients with specialists across lines of business to meet financial goals.
