Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business banking relationship management or related business / commercial lending experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong relationship management skills; demonstrate strong tactical business development and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrate seasoned judgment to offer comprehensive and customized solutions that best meet client needs; monitors and researches market/industry trends

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and utilize networks to identify underserved entrepreneurs.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with CDFIs, nonprofits, and community organizations, leveraging Chase resources.
• Maintain active involvement in chambers of commerce and nonprofit boards; leverage knowledge of diverse businesses and markets.
• Provide best-in-class client advice and service, coordinating with branches, Chase Wealth Management, and Merchant/Card Services for comprehensive solutions.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions tailored to clients' financial needs and risk profiles.
