Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business banking relationship management or related commercial lending.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong relationship management; proven tactical business development and negotiation skills.
• Seasoned judgment to offer customized solutions; monitor market/industry trends and client outcomes.
• Identify opportunities and viable alternatives while managing risk when traditional solutions don’t apply.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and utilize networks to identify and support underserved entrepreneurs.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with Community Development Financial Institutions, non-profits, and other community organizations via Chase resources.
• Maintain network through chambers of commerce and non-profit boards; leverage knowledge of diverse businesses and markets.
• Provide best-in-class client advice and service; collaborate across branches, home lending, wealth management, and merchant services to meet client needs.
• Deliver tailored banking solutions to ensure profitability while addressing client financial needs and risk.
• Develop the business network for seamless client experiences through internal and external partnerships.
• Connect clients with specialists across lines of business to meet personal financial goals.
