You will build relationships with business clients, prepare loan packages, and present complex loans to committees as needed, contributing to community partnerships and overall bank success.

Qualifikationen

• BA or BS required.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial banking preferred.
• Experience in lending banking and client-focused roles.

Aufgaben

• Develop new and existing commercial loan relationships by calling on potential and existing customers to cross-sell banking products.
• Administer a portfolio of commercial loans meeting credit quality and profitability targets.
• Assess creditworthiness by analyzing borrowers' financial condition and collateral.
• Monitor loan performance and maintain borrower contact to manage risk.
• Prepare loan documents and present above-limits loans to committees.
• Promote the Bank's image through community involvement and development efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of commercial banking practices and regulatory compliance.
• Follow compliance policies and participate in training and reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
