F.N.B. Corporation seeks a Commercial Banker 3 to grow and manage a portfolio of commercial loan relationships in Jacksonville, NC. The role emphasizes credit analysis, disciplined lending, and strong customer service to meet profitability and growth targets.

You will develop new business, administer loans, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting the Bank's image within the community and supporting cross-sell of banking products.

Qualificações

• BA or BS degree required.
• Experience in lending banking preferred.
• Knowledge of banking laws and regulations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develops new and existing commercial loan relationships by calling on potential and existing customers to cross-sell products and promote the Bank's image.
• Administers a portfolio of commercial loans to meet profitability and growth objectives and ensure credit quality.
• Determines borrowers' creditworthiness by analyzing financial condition, repayment ability and collateral value under policy.
• Monitors loan performance by staying in touch with borrowers and reviewing financial statements as required.
• Prepares loan documents compliant with regulations and presents to loan committee when above lending limits.
• Promotes community involvement and represents the Bank at events to support business development.
