Ladders is seeking a Senior Business Applications Engineer to join a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This remote role focuses on business systems, automation, and integration initiatives that scale operations.

You will partner with stakeholders to uncover pain points, define success metrics, and deliver secure, well-scoped solutions through design, automation development, and ongoing support in a collaborative technology environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, business systems engineering, integration, or automation engineering.
• 3+ years building and supporting production integrations or automations.
• Hands-on experience with Workato or similar iPaaS platforms.
• Proficient in APIs, webhooks, and REST/event-driven integration patterns.
• Experience with Jira, JSM, and Confluence or similar platforms.
• Understanding of RBAC, least-privilege access, and data privacy.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or administrators.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Business Applications Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will serve as a senior technical resource for business systems, automation, and integration initiatives that improve how internal teams work and scale. You will partner with stakeholders to uncover operational pain points, define success metrics, and turn those needs into secure, well-scoped solutions. The position blends solution design, hands‑on automation development, and ongoing support in a collaborative technology environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually
