Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager, Integrations to own the strategy and roadmap for integrations, APIs, and platform capabilities. You will partner with engineering, sales, and customer teams to translate customer needs into practical requirements and enhance developer experience across the product ecosystem.

This remote role focuses on interoperability, API design, and applying AI-driven workflows to deliver customer value while shaping integration standards and marketplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years in Product Management for SaaS/cloud platforms; 4+ years in integrations/APIs.
• Experience launching API-first products and integration frameworks.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager, Integrations to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will own the strategy and roadmap for integrations, APIs, and related platform capabilities that drive scalable interoperability across the product ecosystem. You will partner closely with engineering, customer-facing teams, and go-to-market stakeholders to turn customer needs into practical product requirements. The position also plays a key role in improving developer experience, strengthening integration standards, and identifying opportunities to apply AI-enabled workflows where they add real customer value.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the integrations product roadmap based on customer value and scalability
• Define and maintain API contracts and integration standards for interoperability
• Collaborate with the integrations architect to enhance integration frameworks and marketplace
• Conduct competitive benchmarking to ensure a best-in-class developer experience
• Translate customer and market needs into actionable product requirements with cross-functional teams
• Align with go-to-market and Customer Success teams for effective product packaging and positioning
• Champion the developer experience by simplifying integration processes and documentation
• Identify opportunities to enhance integrations using AI-enabled workflows and conversational AI
• Define success metrics for integrations and use data to guide roadmap decisions
• Act as the voice of the customer to align the roadmap with evolving technology trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent; MBA is a plus
• 8+ years in Product Management for SaaS/cloud platforms, with 4+ years in integrations, APIs, or data platforms
• Proven success in launching API-first products and integration frameworks
• Strong understanding of API and data model design, including REST and event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with iPaaS tools; hands-on experience with Workato preferred
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, go-to-market, and customer teams
• Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and experience in AI-powered product capabilities is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to connect product decisions with business outcomes
