Qualifikationen

• Experience using SQL for data analysis.
• Possesses Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification.

Aufgaben

• Acts as a liaison with stakeholders to analyze needs of various functional business areas while enhancing software.
• Creates detailed documentation of functional, system, user and reporting requirements (Use Cases, Logical Models, Process Flows, Report Specifications, Data Mapping).
• Performs research and analysis for proposed projects to determine feasibility and durability.
• Performs profiling and analysis of data from source systems.
• Ensures solution requirements are clearly documented, communicated, and validated.
• Provides support to functional and user acceptance testing groups throughout the life cycle.
• Assists with ROI/value proposition for proposed projects.
• Helps define and control scope for development initiatives and release schedule.
• Works with IT Managers to create detailed work plans for development projects.
• Responsible for status reporting, knowledge transfer and implementation plans for the software solution.
• Builds and maintains relationships with software vendors and implementation partners.
• Instructs, directs, guides, and checks the work of Business Analysts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer engineering, information systems, finance, statistics, computer science or related field

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
