Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to determine business requirements for systems and products and translate stakeholder needs for the development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and clear documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
Medicaid Enterprise Systems experience highly desired.
Strong communication skills using the English language (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

Lead design, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of reports, documents, and surveys.
Publish results for internal and external clients as appropriate.
Work with MS SQL Server and analytical processing systems.
Ensure data accuracy and validate data collection methods in reporting projects.
Evaluate data quality and maintain reporting operations and documentation.
Develop and maintain processes for requirements management and production support.
Communicate status, risks, and issues to senior management or clients.
Develop solutions to complex problems and document best practices.
