Qualifications

• Experience leading business initiatives or projects from planning through implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and recommend process improvements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience with executive-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from defining business needs and gathering requirements to implementation and rollout
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and business strategies to support projects, initiatives, and operational performance
• Analyze program and category performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
• Establish, track, and report key performance metrics to measure project success and business impact
• Research best practices, industry standards, and business requirements to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Partners, Senior Managers, Directors, and business leaders
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business objectives
• Support cross-functional teams and assist senior leadership with project coordination and reporting
