The role partners with transactional teams to plan, execute, and monitor prioritized projects and initiatives, including milestones and expected results. The position evaluates financial metrics, project risks, and milestones to ensure portfolio success and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of cross-functional project experience.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
• Experience with process documentation and design.
• Established understanding of financial principles and cost-effective strategy.
• Experience in data reporting with aptitude in quantitative analysis.
• Process and results orientation for pursuing aggressive goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to support decision making on process documentation and design.
• Outline project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Provide change management guidance to business leaders.
• Analyze and report on key measures of success and adoption.
• Establish relationships with internal customers.
• Support transactional teams with financial metrics and risk analysis.
• Complete process mapping and current/future state mapping.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
