Job summary

BCBSRI is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to partner with strategic leaders in developing solutions across complex enterprise initiatives. You will elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage business needs from stakeholders, customers, partners, and end users, guiding project initiation and PDLC with strong mentoring of teammates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Master's degree a plus.
CCBA or CBAP certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and review meetings, and communicate decisions.
Analyze and validate business needs from stakeholders and users.
Develop requirements management plans and schedules.
Create clear, testable use cases and user stories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Mentor BA staff and support process improvements.
Document requirements traceability and status throughout the project.
Present findings and project updates to leadership.
