Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of direct work experience in a business analyst/architect capacity.
• 5+ years in a lead position mentoring other Business Analysts.
• Experience modeling business processes and translating needs into requirements.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Defines and documents current business processes, outcomes, and challenges.
• Develops a central repository of Business Architecture artifacts and roadmaps.
• Translates business needs into functional requirements for IT initiatives.
• Leads impact and risk analyses for strategic initiatives.
