You will gather requirements, map processes, and support agile and waterfall delivery, including risk management, documentation, and reporting to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, Finance, Healthcare, or ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or BPMN tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
