Job summary

Definiti is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to analyze, document, and improve enterprise processes. You will bridge business needs and technical delivery within an Agile Scrum environment, partnering with product owners, stakeholders, and Scrum teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories and specs for the development team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field.
8+ years of business analysis or process improvement experience.
Required CBAP, CSPO, PSPO, or CSM certification.
Experience with gap analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and process maturation assessments.
Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
Experience with AI-driven process automation or RPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis, redesign, and optimization of enterprise-wide business processes across departments.
Establish process standards, governance, and documentation practices.
Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and cost-benefit analyses to support decisions.
Evaluate technology, integration, automation, and AI solutions for better operations.
Support change management for new processes, systems, and tech.
Maintain standards and best practices for the Business Analysis function.
Elicit and document requirements, translate to user stories and specs for developers.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and align with product owners and scrum teams.
Document current and future-state processes (BPMN, swim lanes) to identify gaps.
Create user stories, use case diagrams, and acceptance tests for Azure DevOps.
