Job summary

Definiti LLC is seeking a senior Business Analyst to analyze, document, and improve enterprise processes in a remote-first setting. You will bridge business needs and technical delivery within an Agile Scrum environment, collaborating with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories and effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Visio, Lucidchart, and BPMN for process modeling.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams using Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Strong ability to decompose complex business problems and design practical solutions.
• REST API endpoint testing with Postman.
• Experience writing user stories in Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work at an elevated pace with efficiency.
• Self-starter with ability to perform independently, exercise sound judgment.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, redesign, and optimization of enterprise-wide processes spanning multiple departments.
• Establish process standards, governance models, and documentation practices across the organization.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI assessments to support investment decisions.
• Evaluate technology, integration, automation, and AI solutions to improve operations.
• Support organizational change management for new processes, systems, and tech.
• Develop and maintain standards, templates, methodologies, and best practices for Business Analysis.
