Definiti, a national retirement services company, is seeking a Business/Process Improvement Analyst. You will analyze, document, and improve business processes within an Agile Scrum team, bridging business needs and technical delivery.

The role emphasizes strong analytical ability, excellent communication, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements and ensure end-user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting business requirements and translating into user stories or specs.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
• Ability to model current/future state processes (BPMN, swim lanes).
• Collaborate with software engineers and QA testers on delivery.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlog with acceptance criteria.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; translate to user stories and specs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate with dev team.
• Model current and future state processes; identify gaps and improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers and QA to ensure smooth handoff.
• Maintain backlog and define acceptance criteria for stories.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and process audits; implement improvements.
• Develop process docs, SOPs, and training materials.
• Support UAT coordination with QA testers.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and project status demos.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on Lean, Six Sigma, and technology trends.
