Job summary

The ideal candidate will facilitate stakeholder workshops, work within a formal governance structure, and have experience in workers' compensation or regulatory processes. Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Teams is required.

Qualifications

• Document complex business processes and system interactions in large public-sector or insurance environments.
• Facilitate and validate process documentation directly with SMEs.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio and Teams.
• Experience with formal program governance, deliverable docs and structured reviews.
• Experience with workers' compensation, insurance claims, or regulatory processes is desirable.
• Experience documenting Interaction Models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document complex business processes and system interactions for modernization efforts.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and validate outputs with SMEs.
• Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables for technology and business teams.
• Collaborate with program leadership, SMEs, product owners, architects, and technical teams.
• Support modernization objectives within a large-scale program.
