Job summary

Highmark Health in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced data analyst/consultant to support enterprise-wide applications and billing processes. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, IT, and Billing Operations to become a subject matter expert on end-to-end billing.

The role requires strong data analysis, project management, and communication skills to present to steering committees and project sponsors. Healthcare industry experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 7 years analyzing business processes including interpreting system documentation, data modeling, or process modeling.
• 7 years in project management including requirements gathering, test scenarios, risk and issue management.
• 7 years using PC with standard applications, report writers and query tools.
• PMP preferred as a certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, IT, Billing Operations to become SME on end-to-end billing process.
• Define data and report requirements for operational and billing reconciliation reports.
• Analyze data and create monthly detailed and executive summaries of performance.
• Provide consultation on complex projects and mentor team members.
