Responsibilities

• Gather information, define project scope, and understand requirements.
• Perform moderate/complex research to support evaluation of output requirements and formats.
• Translate complex business initiatives to less experienced staff when needed.
• Present project deliverables to appropriate audiences.
• Create reports on financial and operational performance.
• Communicate requirements to internal groups responsible for developing/testing applications.
• Coordinate, monitor, and report on project progress to ensure adherence to schedule.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues and articulate issues, problems, and solutions.
• Conduct and oversee pre- and post-implementation reviews.
• Plan, design, and conduct functional walkthroughs.
• Manage and advise on cross-functional projects and change initiatives in design and delivery of business process solutions.
