Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience as determined by the company.
• At least 3 years in a Business Consulting, Business Strategist, Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst role.

Responsibilities

• Support definition, scoping, and prioritization of solution strategy and analysis within workstreams.
• Establish and maintain relationships across matrixed teams and stakeholders.
• Lead planning sessions to design improvements to models, processes, and systems.
• Apply LEAN, Six Sigma, and process optimization to deliver insights.
• Participate in Human-Centered Design and business analysis frameworks.
• Identify root causes and recommend solutions.
• Develop documents, presentations, and communications for strategic decisions.
• Other duties as assigned.
