Job summary

EY is seeking a senior Business Analyst within the Financial Services Organization to partner with clients across Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance. You will translate business needs into technical architectures, guide data and process improvements, and oversee solution delivery in a complex, enterprise environment.

You’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams, apply Agile SCRUM practices, and coordinate with client stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of technology strategies and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Industrial Administration, Business or related field; 5+ years of experience defining business and technical requirements.
• 3+ years of experience at a financial services company or advising property/casualty insurers on lines of business
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of business/technology analysts through the full lifecycle
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica
