Job summary

Bailey Information Technology, LLC seeks a Senior Business Analyst for the EEOC OCIO Enterprise Helpdesk at EEOC Headquarters in Washington, DC. You will translate business needs into requirements and support FOIA program administration and related systems.

Responsibilities include interviewing stakeholders, modeling processes, evaluating current applications, and guiding improvements. A Public Trust background check is required; full-time onsite position with standard SDLC/Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/IS/management or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and validate business requirements and processes.
• Create business process models and workflow diagrams (Visio).
• Evaluate existing applications and identify opportunities for improvement and modernization.
• Assess current and proposed processes to find gaps and inefficiencies; propose solutions.
• Serve as FOIA Systems Analyst for FOIA processes and supporting applications.
• Support FOIA case management systems implementation, configuration, testing, and maintenance.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams to distinguish requirements from enhancements.
• Review project requirements to ensure value delivery and alignment with needs.
• Support SDLC projects using standard methodologies and Agile where applicable.
