Job summary

BTI is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the EEOC’s IT, transformation, and FOIA initiatives. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, and help modernize FOIA systems.

The role requires strong analysis, stakeholder engagement, and experience with SDLC and Agile practices, with full-time onsite work in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
• Eight years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level information technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, and fact-finding sessions.
• Experience creating business process models, workflow diagrams, use cases, and requirements documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, fact-finding sessions, and requirements-gathering meetings.
• Identify, analyze, document, validate, and manage business, functional, non-functional, and system requirements.
• Translate operational needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Develop use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability artifacts.
• Review and validate project requirements to ensure value delivery.
• Maintain requirements throughout the project lifecycle and evaluate changes.
• Incorporate cross-functional dependencies into project planning and requirements development.
• Support FOIA program processes and system modernization efforts.
