Job summary

BTI is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the EEOC’s IT modernization, FOIA program needs, and enterprise transformation. You will analyze and translate business requirements, engage stakeholders, and ensure traceability from concepts to delivery.

You will serve as a liaison among FOIA personnel, agency leadership, and OCIO teams, applying SDLC and Agile practices to recommend automated and streamlined solutions that improve efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; eight years of BA experience in lieu of degree accepted.
Experience in business analysis, requirements management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience supporting enterprise IT and transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering meetings.
Translate business needs into clearly defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
Develop use cases, user stories, and requirements documents; maintain traceability.
Assess and document current processes; identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Support FOIA program processes and FOIA case management improvements.
Collaborate with OCIO teams and business units to ensure alignment with objectives.
