Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Senior Business Analyst to bridge technology and business operations in a dynamic enterprise setting. You will lead requirements efforts, facilitate workshops, and coordinate testing across multiple program areas to deliver impactful solutions.

You will drive process improvements, analyze complex systems, and ensure traceability from requirements to implementation, including integrations with legacy platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• Experience supporting SDLC projects using HP ALM, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and collaborate with distributed teams in remote environments.
• Strong testing, UAT, and system integration experience.
• Knowledge of WIOA programs and PIRL requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder meetings, and requirements workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements for enterprise technology initiatives.
• Create BRDs and SRS, map business processes, and perform fit-gap analyses.
• Coordinate UAT, execute test plans, document results, and work with technical teams to resolve defects.
• Support SDLC projects, ensuring requirements traceability and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to develop project artifacts and implementation plans.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex business and system issues, including integrations with large legacy systems.
