Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support multiple technology initiatives from Day 1. You will lead testing strategy, gather procurement-related requirements, and ensure vendor delivery across active and upcoming projects.

Preferred candidates have CBAP/PMP-PBA and extensive experience in procurement specification facilitation, with strong data analysis and stakeholder communication abilities within a U.S. context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years of requirements management experience.
• 5+ years of test planning and test execution management.
• Lead facilitation for procurement specification development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution.
• Identifying and documenting business processes, issues, value levers, metrics, and capabilities.
• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.
• Completing analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities.
• Conducting interviews to gather business requirements.
• Conducting industry, competitive and State analyses, business case development, and market research.
• Supporting system go-live activities including conversion, training delivery, and logistics management.
• Supporting change management and communications programs.
• Performing PMO activities like time tracking, work plan updates, and status reporting.
