Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Senior Business Analyst to bridge technology and business operations in a dynamic enterprise setting. You will lead requirements efforts, facilitate workshops, and coordinate testing across multiple program areas to deliver impactful solutions.

You will drive process improvements, analyze complex systems, and ensure traceability from requirements to implementation, including integrations with legacy platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• Experience supporting SDLC projects using HP ALM, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and collaborate with distributed teams in remote environments.
• Strong testing, UAT, and system integration experience.
• Knowledge of WIOA programs and PIRL requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology and business operations? We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support complex enterprise projects, working closely with stakeholders, project teams, and technical leads to deliver impactful technology solutions.

In this role, you will lead requirements gathering efforts, facilitate stakeholder workshops, analyze business processes, and help ensure successful project delivery across multiple program areas. You'll serve as a key liaison between business and technical teams, driving process improvements, supporting testing activities, and helping modernize systems that support critical workforce programs.

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder meetings, and requirements workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements for enterprise technology initiatives.
• Create business process maps, perform fit-gap analyses, and develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), execute test plans, document results, and work with technical teams to resolve defects.
• Support projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring requirements traceability and successful solution delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to develop project artifacts, implementation plans, and documentation.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex business and system issues, including integrations with large legacy systems.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• Experience supporting SDLC projects using tools such as HP ALM, Atlassian Jira, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and collaborate with distributed teams in remote environments.
• Strong testing, UAT, and system integration experience.
• Knowledge of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs and Participant Individual Record Layout (PIRL) requirements preferred.
