Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience analyzing data transfers, data exchanges, and system interoperability.
• Experience with data platforms, cloud-based solutions, and enterprise software projects.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, non-functional, data, and integration requirements.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze data sources, data flows, and business processes to identify improvements.
• Define source-to-target mappings, business rules, and data quality requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects to support analytics and data platforms.
• Gather and document system integration requirements, including payloads and mappings.
• Partner with solution architects to evaluate options and recommend approaches.
• Develop test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and system-to-system test plans.
• Support root cause analysis for production data or integration issues.
