The role collaborates with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality functionality on a fast-paced project.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in a Salesforce/technical BA role, with data mapping, API, and enterprise integration experience, plus healthcare payer workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience building with Salesforce Health Cloud, APIs, and microservices.
• Ability to map data across source systems and enterprise integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, technical, and integration requirements.
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and data mappings.
• Define integration requirements between source systems, APIs, and Salesforce.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect triage, and release readiness activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive cross-team consensus.
