Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Senior Business Analyst - Microsoft Power Platform to drive digital transformation for federal clients. You will design Power BI dashboards, develop low-code solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate, and align HR systems with policy goals.

You will collaborate with HR specialists and IT teams to analyze requirements, streamline processes, and ensure data accuracy across platforms such as USA Staffing, HR Connect, eOPF, EHRI, Oracle, Workday, and UKG.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Proficiency in Power BI dashboard and report development and maintenance.
• Proficiency in developing and supporting Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and Power Platform integration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for business process modeling.
• Experience connecting and transforming data from multiple sources to support reporting and business intelligence needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver insights.
• Translate business requirements into reporting solutions with KPIs and data needs.
• Connect and transform data from SharePoint Online, Excel, and enterprise systems.
• Perform data validation to ensure dashboards deliver reliable information.
• Lead BPR efforts to improve HR operations across federal agencies.
• Gather, document, and analyze requirements with stakeholders and IT teams.
• Develop and maintain business processes via Microsoft Visio.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify inefficiencies and improve performance.
• Monitor change implementation for compliance with system capabilities.
• Serve as liaison between business units, technical teams, and policy experts to ensure alignment across workstreams.
