The incumbent leads meetings between users and IT, develops manuals, and collaborates to improve workflows while maintaining data governance across enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related field plus two years of paid professional experience in business systems analysis, functional application support, enterprise software configuration, or workflow design.
• Any Bachelor’s degree plus three years of experience as described above.
• Any Associate’s degree plus four years of experience as described above.
• Willingness to be on call on a 24 hour basis.
• Possession of a Class D New York State Motor Vehicle Operator's license at time of hire, and maintenance of the license throughout tenure.

Responsibilities

• Interprets information and organizes it into coherent business process models following an Enterprise Architecture discipline and framework.
• Manages integration of new business processes with enterprise systems and technology.
• Coordinates system implementation with vendors and troubleshoots as needed.
• Develops, coordinates and deploys training of system users.
• Tests new systems after vendor is selected and during implementation.
• Ensures data governance, integrity and regulatory compliance.
